Raised above the crowd in her hydraulic lit up DJ booth Sam kept the party jumping with her set, which included a nod to her stepfather’s band Foreigner, when she snuck in the track Cold as Ice; Very fitting given the massive Belvedere Ice Blocks, which were chipped away by Yumi Stynes and various other celebrities throughout the night, with the Jagger Dagger.

Just 100 of the Belvedere Jagger Daggers, worth AUD $15,000 each, have been created for use in exclusive venues around the globe including Crystal in London, 1OAK in New York and Zeta Bar, which led the way by introducing the global trend of serving ice freshly chipped.
