Enter a stimulating world of well-groomed taste sensations developed by Zeta’s International bar team. The first step of your palate enlightening journey takes you into our ‘Signature’ Zeta selection. Here we feature a cross section from our award winning cocktail offerings from the last 3 years; from simple fruit fusions to some of our most popular creations since we opened our doors.
Our challenging ‘experimental’ section features some of the world’s most contemporary cocktail trends; such as ‘grilling’ fruit, deconstructing cocktails and the use of ‘foams’ and “airs” where we use tools and methods new to mixology but perfected by molecular gastronomic restaurants such as El Buli (spain) and the FatDduck (UK). We also feature “deconstructed” cocktails where we dissect the flavour composites of cocktails and serve them platter style. With this experience we offer guests the chance to “reconstruct” the flavors on their palate. We have taken these as well as some other international influences to evolve these methods.
In our ‘twisted classics’ section we offer a modern twist on some your favourite classic cocktails, as well as a more unusual selection that you might never have experienced.
Next is ‘forgotten classics’ a selection of the world’s most daring cocktail indulgences a selection of classic drinks from the 1920s and 1930s that were not so well known. In this section we resurrect these timeless creations.
The list climaxes with our ‘Tiki’ selection: a venture into the Tiki cocktail culture with a Zeta twist. We feature some classics as well as some original Tiki recipes created by Zeta’s mixologists in true decadent Zeta style.
