Winter BBQ
Hosted by celebrity Chef Ben O’Donoghue and Zeta Mixologist Grant Collins, guests gathered for a Zeta Winter BBQ, a 6-course barbeque and cocktail degustation lunch in June 2008.
Grant and Ben hosted the lunch, with Ben preparing a 6-course barbeque degustation on the fabulous terrace and Grant mixing a combination of his latest deconstructed cocktails and a twist on some old favourites.
