Lady of Guadalupe

Illegal mezcal, macadamia liquor, fresh lime juice, jalapeno agave. Our ultimate twist on the Margarita, a nice hint of nut and spices from the macadamia liquor and Jalapeno agave balanced with fresh lime juice and served up with a salt rim.

Awakenings

Ketel One, Solerno blood orange liquor, sweet vermouth, peach puree, beetroot and earl grey syrup. Long, healthy and refreshing vodka based cocktail. Aromatic and sweet after taste balanced with a bitterness of vermouth. Served tall with a crushed ice.

 This catwalk of bitter-sweet aperitifs and digestives has been inspired by the timeless sophistication of classic Italian drinks. Featuring perfectly balanced flavour combinations including blood orange, grapefruits and Campari, get set to savour some very well known Italians such as The Negroni or the famous Peach Bellini from Harry’s Bar.

La Contessa

Our seasonal take on the classic Negroni. We rest the La Contessa in one of our big infusion tanks and let the flabours mellow for a few weeks. Tanqueray No. 10 is paired with Lillet Blanc and a sweet vermouth and finished with chamomile infused Aperol, served over ice with an 'orange fog'.

Amaro Rhapsody                  

Amaro Averna, lemon juice, truffle honey The bitterness from the Italian amaro perfectly blended with lemon juice and high quality truffle honey to balance. The ultimate digestive cocktail with a delicate truffle after taste.

Exclusive Mayfair is home to our sibling Zeta in London. 'London' celebrates the fresh summery flavours like tart citrus, sweet berries, refreshing cider and the essential summer drink Pimm's to create a selection of very British cocktails. Inspired by - and paying homage - to some truly classic drinks such as The Collins, The Crusta and even the humble G&T, ‘London’ embraces the best that Great Britain has to offer.

Zeta Bloody Mary

Ketel One, lemon juice, homemade fresh tomato and spice mix Our secret for a tasty Bloody Mary lies on our fresh tomato mix, spiced up with a blend of spices, mustard and a savoury sauce. Served over ice with celery salt rim and a bacon stripe.

Garden Party

A classic British combination of Hendricks gin and cucumber, with hints of lemon and dry vermouth and a dash of aloe vera for vegetal notes. Guaranteed to refresh and rejuvenate jaded palates. This drink can be served singularly in a tea-cup or punch style for four.

Amaretto Disaronno, Hennessy cognac, vanilla pods, passionfruit and lemon juice, orgeat syrup Our best selling cocktail for a long time. Refreshing and easy to drink, to be tried instead of the classic Amaretto Sour.

Southern East Grog

Our secret blend of dark rums, grapefruit & lime juice, lotus nut infused honey, Zeta’s 5 spice bitters. China meets Polynesia on this refreshing and yet Tiki concoction. A sweet and sour blend of rums and juices, served long over ice in a traditional tiki mug.

Hemmingway in the Afternoon

Havana Club, Luxardo Maraschino, grapefruit juice, Chandon Brut, Absinthe rinsed sugar cube Citrusy and refreshing mix of delicate Cuban rum and dry cherry liquor, balanced with grapefruit juice, fizzed with sparkling wine and served with a flaming sugar cube.

Sol y Sombra

Zeta’s spiced banana rum, Gosling, cinnamon apricot brandy, pineapple and lime juice, bitters. Our homage to the “Main Man” of Hilton Bars: Joe Scialom and his famous Sol y Sombra. We have twisted the recipe but we kept a traditional glass: a fresh excavated pineapple. A quintessential Caribbean cocktail.

Figs and Pecan Manhattan

Figs and pecan infused bulleit rye, sweet vermouth, pimento bitters. Our variation of the immortal American classic. We have changed the skin but we have kept the soul of it. Worth a try, aromatic with a long finish and smooth notes perfectly balanced together.

Pepper Smoked Old Fashioned 

Black peper-corn infused Bulleit bourbon is stirred with orange & angostura bitters and sugar, finished with a mist of smoke. Served over an ice sphere. Also available for four people to share, from one of our crystal decanters.
